By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:✦ General
• I am a digital artist. All commissions are for digital files only, no physical prints will be shipped.
• I retain the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
• My work often focuses on sapphic and fandom themes, and I will favor picking commissions that align with said themes. Though please ask me if you're unsure!✦ Payment
• Payment is made upfront via Ko-fi
• Prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on complexity.
• No refunds will be issued after the sketch/initial draft has been approved.✦ Usage
• Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
• You may re-post your commissioned artwork with credit.
• I retain the rights to the artwork and may post it on my own platforms or in portfolios, unless we agree otherwise.
• I ask that you please do not use my artwork for AI training of any sort.✦ Process
• Turnaround time varies based on complexity and my queue, but I’ll always keep you updated.
• I will provide WIPs (work-in-progress images) at key stages for feedback, this being sketch and flat colour phase.
• Minor changes are allowed during the sketch and color stages. Major changes after final rendering will incur extra fees, or may be refused at my discretion.✦ What I Will / Won’t Draw✔ YES:
• Sapphic ships, fandom art, OCs, NSFW, light kink, fantasy/sci-fi themes.
